Need Experian Reference Number, But...

I need / would like my Experian reference number to claim back the ID fraud insurance, (For the Resolver website).
But when I go looking for it on their web site, it says I need to start paying the subscription again - basically that's as far as I can get... The 'pay up or !!!!!! off' page.
I've even looked through old emails I got from them, but it doesn't show it, am I missing something, or is there another way to find / get it??
