can anyone help im not sure i filled in my claim form correctly in the description box i only put "bank charges" was i meant to put all the particulars of my claim

and just how is she supposed to do that as her claim is already submitted?? Dont worry you will probably be asked by the court to fill out a detailed POC to submit to the defendants and a template for this can be found in post 14 on reclaim your bank charges help thread, you will be looking at the very bottom post ok.

you misunderstand me, what I meant is now she has already submitted her claim online you cant change it unless you do an amendment to claim, if she was claiming interest then the poc would have been filled out for her with a few Bold details to change.

thankyou for your help i have just phoned the claim people and asked, i really am crap with computers, it is too late for me to change the claim but they still may pay up if they dont and it went to court it could be put on hold anyway due to the test case if not i could submit further paperwork or the judge may let me re enter the claim, i was just panicking thinking i would be front page news next week because i lost,
