They may not delete but may remove the audio or the part of the audio that is in breach of copyright.11K Challenge

But I have seen videos on youtube similar to mine that have been live on youtube for years
In my description I mention the songs in my video0 -
Looks like your video failed the audio fingerprint test, it's an automated system that compares the sound to registered audio fingerprints.

FingerprintScience isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0 -

Assuming it's the "copyright claims" that you are worried about, then just acknowledge it and forget about it. What it means is that someone else is claiming copyright on the the music in your video, and so they will get the revenue from any advertising which youtube adds, rather than you.
I get this occasionally when I've been filming events where there is some background music which I can't subsequently filter out - it is annoying agreed.
However it your video would otherwise be making serious money, you'd be best editing it and removing the sound (or at least severely reducing the volume) on the offending segments. My postings reflect my lifetime's experience and my opinion. You are quite welcome to respond with your experiences and option, whether similar or different.0 -

How can I acknowledge it ? Do I have to accept anything?
I don't want to remove the songs the video won't be the same without them
I have seen several videos uploaded years ago that are similar to mine and they are still viewable on youtube.
Theirs haven't been deleted or muted0 -

No, as the warning states, you don't have to do anything.
Your video will stay up and won't be muted. The only difference is that the music rights holder could run ads on your video and get the advertising revenue. You will not be allowed to run ads on the video yourelf (you probably weren't planning to anyway).
It's not really a problem, just ignore and carry on.poppy100
