Help I am totaly fed up and need help to get through to a single point of contact in BT to handle an issue.
Anyone have their email address as I can never seem to get through to the same person to handle an ongoing issue ?

Well it worked as BT replied, I have a named contact after he read the notes and is taking action to refund and looking at early termination or a reduction in price.
So BT do monitor the threads0
