    Well done! I've read your post in the POPLA Decisions thread. It is clear that POPLA believe UKPC has no contract to operate; they should therefore have no access to RK details from the DVLA for that site, and they have not complied with the BPA Code of Practice.

    Please do a bit more to help the cause:

    1. Complain to the DVLA and ask them to stop providing keeper details to UKPC for that particular site in view of the POPLA statement.

    2. Ask the BPA to confirm they will be issuing sanction points to UKPC in view of the POPLA statement.

    Please let us know what the outcomes of your complaints are. Update this thread with the details when received.
