Turning an area into a hardstanding. 21x15ft . Mini digger and skip needed to level out the lumps and take it down 6" , Add layer of crusher all over , add gravel mats just along the line the car wheels will park on and add a couple of inches of gravel over whole area . Edge on two sides with sandstone pieces . Mats , gravel and sandstone provided by me. Is this about the right cost please - and how long should it take.

No weed control? Why not hire the mini digger and do it yourself?

Depending in what part of the country a labour is about £100 per day + tools.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -
Huh, I wish, Im no longer up to that stuff now'er days lol ! They didnt mention weed control , Ill ask about it. I believe the digger and flatback are their own , so cant know cost of those. Number of days it would take, well, they hedged a bit on that one and said they only quoted for a job ,however long or short it turned out . Ah well ,the struggle begins again to get another estimate. Do wish people would turn up .0

I find tradespeople very unreliable, but hey ho, i am sure they are busy with more important customers!
I'd suggest it's a little on the high side - it wouldn't take the landscaper we used to do both of our gardens more than a day to do all that so suggest £900 is looking pricey.Thinking critically since 1996....0
