Web pages genuine or not

I can no longer tell which page is genuine or not, II am using Firefox, with each site I search, it tells me it cannot be sure if it is genuine or not. I am now at a stand still, don't know how to disable this secrity manace.
are there any free security softwares around? any help most appreciated.

I'd run a scan with MalwareBytes and adwCleaner (and your antivirus).
