Just received my bank statements

Hi

I have just received my bank statements which contain all the charges.

However, after reading the below statement: Shall I just keep hold of my statements until they have decided what to do, or just carry on?

Whether you’re already trying to reclaim bank charges, or planning to, the 27 July 07 was a momentous day. In a co-ordinated move the OFT agreed to a high court test case with the banks; the FSA said banks needn’t deal with complaints until then, and the Ombudsman said in the meantime it wouldn’t hear cases either.

Depends how far back you are claiming, if its only over the last couple of years you can afford to wait if its as far back as 6 years then you risk becoming statute and barred.
