Barclays online - incoming FPs delayed?

I made two FPs from Santander to my two Barclays accounts, and after half an hour the transactions didn't appear at Barclays; both the balances and the available funds remained unaffected.

However, over a telephone (both automated and via CS) the current balance was updated almost instantly. The agent couldn't explain why the online balance was different.

Is this something new or just temporary?
