vokera boiler V glow worm 12hx

I got quote for fitting a glow worm 12hx condensing boiler.
this was £1630.
Today they fitted a Vokera Mynute VHe 20 is this a better boiler.

no it's not plus its about £100 cheaper, why have they fitted a different boiler to what they quoted ?
I'd be getting them to change it foc for the one they quoted on

It’s not a case of better it’s not as specified, I’d either ask for discounted cost and extended warranty or that as specified in agreement should be fitted…
Both a court would deam reasonable should it go down that route
(Most likely they’d have to swallow it as unless there small print allows unauthorised changes there pretty much stuffed)


If you get into arguing if ones better you’d often be on a hiding to nothing, Manufactures would say there’s are equal , better etc and you start getting into technical, states etc, as opinions of those in the trade are not the same as facts so go with Facts its not as specified ….
