Travel Mug Recommendations Please

Hi,
I am thinking of investing in a decent travel mug to take a coffee from home, to work. I have a bean to cup espresso machine, yet still found myself popping to the costa bar before work.
So, I usually make cappucino at home and tried that in a thermos flask but it seemed to end up rather flat and with an overly milky taste, even though the same coffee, drunk straightaway in a cup at home, tasted as it should.
Can anyone recommend any that they use?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you..Was it a particular brand or Asda's own make?0 -
Try and get one with a screw-top lid, as they're less likely to leak.left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense

I work in a large office and we almost all have contigo or avex mugs. They are brilliant. Keep drinks hit for ages and prevent spills onto the computers.
Contigo mugs can be bought from amazon or John Lewis and they guys with avex mugs all got theirs in the winter from Costco. They come in a 2 pack but are cheaper, made by the same company I think though.0 -
Zojirushi travel mug, BRILLIANT, keeps my coffee piping hot for hours, i left boiling water in it when i got it to see how long it kept it, after 10 hours i had to empty it as i wanted to use it, but it was still too hot to drink. They arent cheap but i have spent more in far too many useless ones

Second snit_girl's suggestion. The Contigo mugs, although pricey are excellent. They keep hot drinks warm for hours, don't leak and can even be used one handed. That makes them ideal for using when driving...although that may well be 'technically' illegal.0
