Edf energy blue+ price promise change to terms and conditions
The price promise element of this tariff is only available to customers who have paperless/electronic billing and a few elderly friends of mine who do not have a computer were not aware of this change. It is in the small print on page 16 and easily missed
I signed up to blue + price promise may 2016 and elected to have paper bills. In the past they have sent me letters through the post advising of cheaper tariffs available from other suppliers and themselves but they have changed their terms and conditions and no longer do this if you are not paperless
I am on Blue + without the price promise
