Occasionally while trying to watch a clip someone has posted on Facebook or Youtube I am unable to see anything apart from a bright green blank screen.
This happened a few weeks ago and then sfter a week or so appeared to correct itself and let me watch things normally but the last few days it has happened again.
Ive not changed any settings on my laptop and wonder if Ive caught something by mistake. Does anyone have any idea why its happening and what I can do to correct it please?
Thanks

I think this is a fairly common problem, as I've encountered a couple of computers doing it. Have you tried turning off "hardware acceleration"? This resolved it both times for me.0
