Hi just over a month ago I brought a new mobile £11 a month, £4 insurance for 24 month contract. since I have had the phone which I don't use everyday. It has frozen 4 times, had to do factory reset. It has now frozen on the home, welcome page and will not reset. Virgin said I have to send it off to be repaired. I said I don't want to, I want out of the contract as it is not reliable. They said "they hands were tied because it was still under warranty, and I have passed the 14 day cool off time" What rights do I have and can I insist on ending the contract now ??
Many thanks

See your identical posts .
Your rights under Soga do not give you the right at this point to cancel a valid network contract . Put the sim in another phone and your contract still works .0
