Sainsbury's Bank PPI Query

Hi there,
I originally included this post as a reply on another thread but thought I might open this up to all.
I had a Sainsbury's loan about 12 years ago but I lost all paperwork during one of the 2 times I have moved house since then. I have found the account number/ Ref Number on an old bank statement & I remember that there had been a 'Silver' level of PPI attached to the loan, which I am not convinced I needed.
Could anyone help with the next step I should take to check whether I am entitled to a refund? I have been through the Sainsbury's bank website but I cannot find a number or even an address to contact them. Please help.

I doubt they will have records from 12 years ago but you have nothing to lose by contacting them.

If you had no need of the insurance, you had life insurance a good sick package from work, maybe had insurance elsewhere, use these as reasons. This was Front loaded PPI, use this too.
It was a loan on the loan repayable to term end with interest.
Someone on the other thread had redress from 2001.
Let me know how you get on when you phone.0
