Found another site that might interest people - good for pressies?

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/68774495#Comment_68774495

you sign up using someone's referral, don't forget to post your own. If you sign up and don't purchase anything, the referrer gets £1 and you get £10 to spend on site. if you buy something, you get £10 for the referrer.

When you sign up, if you sign up for email, you will be sent a 10% off code and if you leave a review of the item after you receive it a further £5.

The potential is there to get a free item or something for very little money if you like what you see. Remember to check the postage before buying.

You can buy something for £5 and if postage is around £5, it all comes out of credit so you're not spending your own money.

    Morning All!! :)

Hope everyones having a good day - saw a good quote by Victoria Beckham the other day re: Mondays and positivity. Basically she said instead of thinking how rubbish Mondays are, she has the mindset that she has a whole new week ahead. I struggle with Mondays, so trying her approach ;) 7 more money making days ahead!

Anyway, income update, (there will be more later as still dribbling in):

£22.70 ebay so far (plus more junk leaving my house!)
£5 from one of the Yoobic missions

More ebay, cashback, points and missions due in soon though. Will update once the eagle lands. Prolific Academy already at £4.50 so hoping for another today to push it over the threshhold.

Will also check out Aesops new tips later too. In the meantime, off to playgroup. Time stops for no toddler.... TTFN :)
    £10 a day 2017 - APR £60.12 / MAR £82.24 / FEB £142.82 / JAN £241.24
  • Thanks for all the tips and replies Aesop. I've signed up to quite a few today and last week. Not really managed to make any money and getting my head around what I have signed up to and what works for me.

I claimed some vue cinema tickets via nectar points which I used and was valued at 23.08. Hopefully this counts??? If not and I am doing this all wrong, please say.

I sometimes think the junk leaving the house is more satisfying than the money it brings in. My aim in life is to be clutter free but I know I'll never manage it:o. Becoming debt free one day is much more realistic and I never thought I'd say that:rotfl:

Well done, Surfchik, on managing to make something from all sorts of sources:T. Can't be easy with a toddler in tow;)

Anyone with the 02 priority app, skylanders is free at game.

Nero hot drink available all week from 10am, one use only.

    Free screenwash at Halfords.

Monday's lunch for £1 at boots and if you get a tillspit for 30p off the meal deal can be used with this. Current one valid until 22 July.

And on Checkoutsmart you can claim back the bottle of.water from boots mealdeal.

So lots of savings to be made.

I went for the cherry coke as trying to win the selfie stick.

Also if you find one of the large tic tac packs in the meal deal, amd it has the smiley sticker on the front.

Get this if you have cineworld cinema near you. 4 rewards gets you a cinema ticket. Handy for the holidays.

    Well done to all money-makers:T

A big thanks as ever to Aesop for all the money-making tips and pointers. Something new every time I pop in:j. Not doing any apps or stuff on my phone still, just can't get ino it somehow. My screen is so small as is the phone itself, I find it too much of a faff to bother with:o. Sorry, Aesop!

Sold 2 more books on Amazon overnight and have got them packed ready to post today. Will bring in £9.70 profits eventually but I'll declare it when I get it. Have redeemed some survey cash but don't expect it to be here until next month.

Used that free top of the range car wash voucher yesterday that they gave me for complaining a few weeks ago. Car has never looked so good, I'm proud to be seen in it for once:rotfl:. Usually clean it myself and am obviously not using the right preparations or elbow grease if the latest result is anything to go by:o.

Am now off to the MOT garage. Let's hope the £35 test fee is all it's going to end up costing.
  • Just cartwheeling through to say that my car passed its MOT with no advisories about work that needs doing in the near future.:dance:_party_:j

No money made today but only the £35 test fee spent so I'm ecstatic. Actually, that's not true as I went for a walk through the Industrial Estate where the garage is while I was waiting and treated myself to a reasonable-looking pair of reading glasses for £1 from a poundshop:j
