Are PIP assessments run by ATOS any longer ?

From what I understand ATOS cover Scotland and north east England. Capita cover the rest.
My form has been passed to ATOS.0 -
PIP is split between ATOS and Capita (although I believe Maximus also do some PIP work too).
It was ESA that ATOS lost the contract for. ATOS have the majority of the work; they also cover southern England and London.0
