RBS Overdraft Query

Hi All,
I currently have an overdraft with RBS for £250 - when I applied for it I was accepted straight away for the overdraft.
I wanted to increase my limit so followed the online section and it said the maximum it could do was £2500 so I put £2000. It then asked me to fill in details and then said they will send me an application pack that I need to complete and send back.
Anyone had this before? I assume it means I will be rejected etc?
Thanks for any advice or thoughts!

It's been a few years since I did it, but it used to be the case that the 'recommended limit' was what you were approved for based on your internal score. Mine said something in the region of £4.5k, I applied for £4k and it was all approved.
Can't remember how the process went, I think it was available within a couple of days, but I definitely got some documents in the post in relation to it.0 -
Does anyone know if it goes on internal score or do they do another credit check?
Thanks again!0 -
