Emoov Conveyancing

Options
Hi, we are about to list our home with Emoov but are uncertain as to whether or not we should use their conveyancing option to sell. The cost of which is comes to approx £532 + vat.
Does anyone have any experience of this? Is this good value?

Have you had a full breakdown of the likely costs?

Do not take a vague figure as definite. Are they going to add on for "acting for your lender in redeeming your mortgage" or a "leasehold fee"?

If the property is a flat you will have to pay a fee to the managing agents for information which will be outside your solicitor's control.

As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.
