no not at all. Why blame a "baby brain"? Many people have things on their mind but are still expected to abide by a set of rules.
you have parked and failed to display a ticket therefore you are at fault.
Why when someone doesn't like a response they always bring up trolling is beyond me.
A forum is about listening to all views whether you agree with them or not.

Excel don't want you to follow the rules that's why the make them so confusing, and as decided by a judge on that site use a font on their signs you cant see.0 -
