no not at all. Why blame a "baby brain"? Many people have things on their mind but are still expected to abide by a set of rules.
you have parked and failed to display a ticket therefore you are at fault.

Why when someone doesn't like a response they always bring up trolling is beyond me.

A forum is about listening to all views whether you agree with them or not.

Not this part - this part is about stopping scammers and criminals getting hold of peoples money unfairly and often unlawfully. Two words for you "contract law" - go and look them up, you clearly need to.

Excel don't want you to follow the rules that's why the make them so confusing, and as decided by a judge on that site use a font on their signs you cant see.

I think that the chap is not too bright. Looking at some of his posts on other subjects, he seems too often to take a simplistic view.

I agree TD. Further confirmed in post # 15. Yeah, that's right! :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
