  • is it possible to do the 75 bonus but also do the referral at the same time?

    i was also thinking of doing my mum, dad, sister, aunt,uncle, grandad, grandma and a few other cousins. would i get bonuses for all of them or will ing stop me?

    last question, once the bonus is credited can i withdraw all the cash and put it back in my sainsburys account.

    Quite honestly, ING have built up such a rotten reputation for themselves with me as a savings institution I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, even if it was for a free £20. On the other hand, it would serve them right if thousands of new customers opened a new account with them, got their hands on the £20 and then closed it again. When organisations like this treat their customers with such contempt by not passing on interest rate rises, they are asking to be treated themselves in exactly the same way. Go for it all you new customers. Take the £20 and then run..... very fast with it, to Icesave, Sainsburys Bank or wherever.

    Its a shame really I have had an account with ING Direct before, because I would of done it just to get the free £20.

    hi, have just tried to open an account for £20 but it would not take the promotional code. does anyone know what it should be?
    Debt at lightbulb moment (June 2007) was £31,738.19
    Debt as of 1st January 2010 was £21,905.82
    Current debts total as of July 2014 £4,300

    I have a simple savings account with Abby, no direct debit or cheques....so I guess I cant do this?
