Is the Equifax website down tonight?

I've tried to order my credit report but the site doesn't seem to be working properly. Is anyone else using the free trial on there? Not sure if it's my account or the whole site.

    What part doesn't work?

    I can get to the "Enter your details" part without issue.

    I can log in but it won't show me my credit report or score and just keeps saying "We're sorry, our system is unavailable at this time. Please come back later." However when I click on my credit report, it says "We apologize for the inconvenience however the system is unable to complete your request. Please contact Customer Care at 0800 014 2955, Open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week for assistance."

    I've called them twice now. During the second call I was put on hold twice for a long time, and they still couldn't sort the problem out. They've now told me to try and log in again in 3 hours.
