you may be able to push it a bit more than that depending on how stable your line is, you're on an LLU connection and use a router that enables you to tweak your SNRM manually.....
..however, if you're on an IPStream connection you'll be subject to the BT DLM system no matter who your provider is, so around 9meg sync is what you should get.........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
For what its worth I'm getting 11Mbps with Sky on a 45 db line.
Broadband Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 11100 kbps 1135 kbps
Line Attenuation 44.5 dB 26.0 dB
Noise Margin 3.5 dB 6.6 dB
Surprisingly its been stable for over a month. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

bloody hell, I assume that's tweaked? Sky didn't normally go below about 7dB target SNRM on their LLU profiles...
...it's almost as good as my 2.5dB on a 49dB line when I was on TT LLU......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

Not by me, used to only get around 8Mbps.
Dont know if Sky have updated their firmware, cos I never bothered to look at it.
