GIBB A, your £30 payment

Nationwide are again taking half an eternity to remove the incorrect payment from my account. They have told me this afternoon that the money will be returned to the sender within the next 3-5 days. That would make it between 6 and 8 days for a payment to be returned. It's a mystery to me why it needs to take so long.0

Maybe they send it by cheque to Mr Gibb's BM or ICICI account.0 -
Money was removed today, so they aren't as slow as they said they could be.Archi_Bald wrote: »It's a mystery to me why it needs to take so long.0 -

Thanks for identifying yourself, Gibb A - please form an orderly Q and stop sending me money. And if you can't resist, at least make it a very large amount that's worth keeping

He's not Gibb A, he's just a very naughty boy.0

Unbelievably, GIBB A has sent me more money, £150 this time. Either the person is thick, or it's some sort of a fraudster who is looking for a mule account.
Nationwide have removed the money straight away this time and have said they have now put a block on my account so any future payments from this person will bounce. I didn't know they can do that but hopefully it works as I am a little bored with this now.0 -

Hopefully you don't befriend an Andrew Gibb who in 5 years time you'll sell something to/do some work for and end up having a big falling out because he won't transfer the money he owesMortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0
