Item never arrived, company ignoring my emails.

Er, Hi!
I'm looking for some advice really as I recently purchased an item from vapeinc.com which never showed up despite having paid for it. Needless to say, I contacted them via the "contact" section of their website asking the whereabouts of my product about a week after I ordered it.
When I did eventually get a response, it was along the lines of "it must have been lost", to which I had understandably asked for a replacement or refund to be issued.
I have followed up with email and further correspondence via their website but it now appears that they are ignoring me.
Now whilst this was only a small value purchase, I feel that this could be perceived as the company "pulling my pants down" and certainly not a good way to enhance the business reputation.
Naturally, I will never use the company again but does anyone have any guidance as to how I can get my money back?
Thanks in advance.

How did you pay? If you used a card you can ask the issuer for a chargeback, if Paypal then open a dispute.
Alternatively, use their Facebook or Twitter presence, many companies respond more quickly when issues are aired publicly.0 -
Thanks, it was paid for using PayPal so it should be a relatively straight forward one.. I hadn't thought of that! :-D0
