Does anyone know when Cumberland Estate Agency moved to a fixed fee for house sale, and what the bands/rates within that system are? It would be sometime after February this year.
Thanks in advance.

Phone them up and ask them.0

Irrespective of what their published scale is, any seller would be contracted to pay what was agreed when they instructed them.
Estate Agents fees are often negotiable, so may not bear much relation to what they publish.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I think the problem is that you're asking a really weird question, which appears to be pointless.
So people are assuming that you must have misunderstood something, and are trying to address your misunderstanding.
Maybe it would help if you briefly mentioned why you are asking...0 -

I really don't want to go into further detail I'm afraid.
It's a simple question, and if nobody knows the answer that's fine, on the other hand if someone does know it would help me a lot if they shared the information.0
