Yes secure / encash

I had a load with Yes secure who then became Encash. Last Nov i received an email informing me they had reviewed their lending structure and were no longer going to be lending and that my interest rate was to be reduced. A couple of months later another email informing me that my account was going to be closed and that my outstanding debt would be written off. Great news for me! However the loan is still showing on my credit file as outstanding, i have contacted them and they said they would contact credit reference agencies but they haven't and now they are not even responding to my emails. Anyone else had similar issues? Any advice?
