Hope someone can help me, I can't believe i'm the only one struggling but must be putting the wrong keywords on Google.
I've just installed the new Outlook app and (possibly too hastily) uninstalled the old Outlook.com app on my 1st gen Moto G running Lollipop 5.0.2.
For the life of me, I can't find how to get all my Outlook contacts to sync with the Contacts and Messaging apps on my phone so that calls and texts are identified by contact name rather than number. Was all working fine until I changed the apps.
I know i can access the contacts through the Outlook app but the Contacts app was easier to use, and texts identified by only number are really annoying.
TIA

Just installed it to look.
Outlook has my contacts in the 'people' tab?0 -
Seeing that
a) the old app is supposedly no longer going to work after the July end date
b) my Samsung Ace is running Version 2.3 something and you need to be running 4.0 or above for the new app
So:
has anyone some suggestions as to an alternative mail client?0
