LOWELL... 3 Defaults for One account

Just checked my credit file and noticed a default which is under Lowell's control. Never bothered to check before as I never needed credit as I spend half the year out of the country in my wife's country as I don't earn enough for her to live with me in the UK. So didn't give a poo about my credit file.
I contacted Lowell about this and for info on the default notice. They said they do not have to give me the default notice that was issued and also said it was issued by O2 and they just now 'administer' the account.
Well, my equifax account shows the account was defaulted in 2010. Most likely by O2. But my callcredit file shows a default in July 2011 and another in August 2013. All on the same account.
So Lowell has been defaulting me. They lied when they said they didn't. Can they do this to an account, keep placing defaults on it each year or two until it is paid?
Between each default, the note US was placed each month. This is only with callcredit.
I've applied for my experian report to see how it's been reported by them.

So on Callcredit you see a single account, with a status history with an occasional D interspersed with Us?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

That's correct.0

But the first default on Callcredit appears in July 2011. That default is the first mention of the account on Callcredit.
Where as Equifax shows the default as December 2010.0 -
Well, Ds in the actual status history of an account are not new defaults. They are just status updates on the original default that should have a 'default date' listed on the entry somewhere.
Normally a defaulted account would show a D each month in the status history. Sold accounts with incomplete data can have some odd things recorded.
Easiest thing would be for you to post up a scan/pic/screenshot of what you are seeing?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Don't know how to put pictures in the post but I have uploaded screenshots to imgur which can be viewed here.

Just add http:// in front of that. It won't let me add the full link as I'm a new user. There is no www. in that address0 -
From checkmyfile or similar multi agency report?
Those Ds are NOT defaults. They are status updates.
Usually on a defaulted account you would see
DDDDDDDDDDDDD right from the recorded default date.
You are missing the full details of the account with each agency there. Do they show on the report you have?
Should see details like:

If you are using a multi agency report that doesn't give you proper details then you will need to get a £2 statutory report direct from Experian, Equifax & Callcredit (or use Noddle for free for Callcredit).Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you. I just checked the files more closely. They both show the same default date. It is the graphics that shows different default dates.0

If I request the notice of default from Lowell must they send it to me even if it was O2 that placed it on my credit file?
What is the minimum amount you must pay each month for a debt that's under the control of a collection company? The debts value is £737.0 -

Definitely wouldn't consider the idea of making payments at this stage.
How much of this is actual airtime?
I'd guess that most if not all of it consists of early termination fees.
And if all of it consists of early termination fees, then Lowell wouldn't get them even if they filed a claim against you.0
