Be aware of the following:
When attempting to update Ad-Aware I get an error advising that my CA Anti-Virus has detected and deleted the following virus:
Win32/Rbot.HGO
It says that it was detected in the following file:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 2007\update\new\Registration\registration-helper.prg.new
Panel then pops up to advise that "Installation failed during update"
Reply from Ad-Aware Support is as follows:
I did an investigation regarding this issue.
I can confirm that CA Anti-Virus is detecting and deleting registration.helper.prg.
It looks like it is a false positive from CA Anti-Virus.
We will contact them and notify them about this problem.
Thank You for your report, it was really helpful.

After reporting this to Lavasoft yesterday, it looks like this has now been resolved.
I have managed to update Ad-Aware this morning without getting any virus alerts.0
