UKPC POLA appeal - No permit displayed

UPDATE
I have today received email notification that the above charge appeal has been upheld on the grounds that UKPC have Lack of standing/authority from landowner.
This is a massive relief and I can't thank you guys enough for your help, and advice . You do a great job. Thank You!!0 -
Well done. Time to do a little bit to help the cause.
1. Complain to the DVLA and ask them to stop providing keeper details to UKPC for that particular site in view of the POPLA statement.
2. Ask the BPA to confirm they will be issuing sanction points to UKPC in view of the POPLA statement.
