Washing machine supply turn offs.

Anyone else noticed that the blue top to turn off water supply to appliances doesn't go past the nut when installed? The manufacturers seem to delight on cutting the thread length to prevent it shutting off completely. No quality control on many things it seems.

Remove the small screw in the lever and install it (the lever) the other way around, it has been fitted incorrectly, and reinstall the screw.
