Add cruising option to Family annual world wide policy later?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a Holidaysafe Lite Family annual world wide policy later now. I may want to go on a cruise later in the year. I would like to know if I can add the cruising option to the existing Holidaysafe policy and pay for that option then. I tried to call Holidaysafe a few times but was put on hold on all those times. Just wondering if anyone has done this before and how much extra it cost? Just thinking if it is cheaper to buy this option now even though I do not know if I will go on a cruise later.

Thanks

Do they have their terms and conditions online? Check for charges for amendments.

When a company dont answer the phone promptly it always puts me off, what will they be like of you need to claim?

    Hi,

As per your suggestion, I looked on policy wordings but can't see anywhere about adding cruising option later.

    - the same thought went through my mind!
Note: Holidaysafe Lite is a MSE recommended buy.

    Hi kawan2,

Sorry to interrupt your thread, but I spotted your message and though I could answer your query. (Apologies if you have already got your answer).

You will need to add the cruise extension to be covered for cruising on your policy. To do this you will need to speak to a member of our customer service team over the phone.

We are very busy at the moment, but if you would like to email me your details to Holidaysafe@infinityinsurance.co.uk I can arrange for someone to call you.

    Kind regards,

    Amber.
