Capital One Cashback Card Questions.............HELP!!!

I i have been accepted for this card with a 7500 c/lAt the moment i have £500 on my natwest c/c can i transfer this balance onto my cashback card? I will be paying it off near enough straight awayNot sure how these things works but i read that its not a good idea on a cashback card?Someone please explain...

    You'll pay a 3% fee and incur interest at 15.9% APR (typical) from day one on BT's to this product.

    Probably best to leave your balance where it is if you intend to settle it "near enough straight away".
