In April the ISPA claimed this:

Stating ... "and will maintain audit oversight of the process and decision making throughout the term of this contract."
THEY LIED
All of sudden, the ISPA wash their hands of the Wright Hassall fiasco. IT'S A GAGGING ORDER BY THE BPA who finance the ISPA
As you know, i am all for complaints to everyone but fear any complaint to the ISPA will fall on gagged ears.
Maybe another warning memo to Theresa May regarding those who pretend to be in the interests of the motorists but fail them for the sake of money0
