NatWest Head Office and Press Office addresses please?

Hi all.

I'm trying to help a friend who is going through a very tough time. He has a loan with NatWest but informed then last November 2014 that he had lost his job, was suffering depression and was in a mental health hospital after several suicide attempts. He rang them to request they freeze his loan repayments and not to add interest, they said that they would do this.
In April he went to CAB for advice as NatWest hadn't helped in any way and were still taking repayments and adding interest. CAB helped my friend complete an income and expenditure form but since then NatWest are still taking payments and adding interest.

I want to help him write a letter to address this but need NatWest's main address and, ideally, press office.

Please can anyone help with this?
