Live chat are notorious for giving the wrong information an saying what they think you want to hear to get rid of you quickly.This was in writing as the response to my appealing the case.
The fact is if you don`t pay you will get a strike on your account, as i said previously so long as you only have the 1 strike on your account it won`t affect you.0 -
