Do you have any quotes yet to compare? Admiral, Endsleigh are ok for young drivers.
  • My first insurance (i was 17) was with Zurich, via a Broker in Salisbury (City Insurance) - - came to around £890.

You might be best off trying confused.com for quotes, i managed to find a fantastic quote for my insurance there.

If youve got pass plus youll get a minor discount. If you havent done the course i highly recommend it.

The best deal we found for my son was Admiral, he was 24 but only just passed the test.

Hmmm....any of those figures would do me, I havnt passed yet but got my practical next week, looking at insurance quotes I seem to be a high risk driver?

Im 18, live in Central London, wanted a honda civic/ toyota corolla 1.4 but now looking at more realistic car e.g. Polo either 999cc or 1.1 litre, something with a small engine.

Confused.com are throwing up outrageous figures of £2-6k!!!

My max would be £1k. Mate told me to open up the yellow pages and start calling all the brokers? brokers are insurance companies or act on behalf of insurance companies right?
