    OK then. How about:

Sometimes MSE forums are beyond satire.

That's the most elaborate typeface on offer.
Not sure if keyboard warrior or simply got nouns mistaken!!
Well, the only nouns are MSE forums and satire. I'm pretty these are indeed the MSE forums, and I really did mean to say satire so if we were to take your false dichotomy at face value that would make keyboard warrior true, though I'm not sure what that means, partly because it's presented as a meaningless verb phrase, and partly because I don't got no spears.
    Anyways thanks for you reply
    You're welcome!
    albeit convoluted
I'd say this one fits the description of convoluted a bit better, but that's just my opinion
    and maybe not constructive!
You may have me there. Well done!

Font witticism aside I am still confused by your definition of satire, so please spend the next 30 minutes of your life with your head buried into a thesaurus and explain what you meant by your opening line of satire.

I am also curious as to why you spend your time with unhelpful and even useless comments on subjects that have no concern to you.

Its a shame I feel had we met on different circumstances we would have been friends...

Do you realise realise you are arguing/bantering with LABMAN but quoting a post from cookie365 who only made one post and nothing since?

No company is perfect, and mistakes happen from time to time. A week to investigate isn't unreasonable (considering checks will likely have to be made with their finance department etc...) and also 5 working days to refund is normal as well with most businesses (and if anything this is usually to allow the banks time to process the refund).
In the meantime I have been subject to an unnecessary stress in phone calls to them as well as having to borrow money in order to buy food/pay bills/etc.

£50 is more than fair, and I strongly suspect this will have been "a gesture of goodwill" instead of "compensation".

"unnecessary stress" isn't really something you can "value", and without trying to be horrible, you'll find most people making complaints moan about "unnecessary stress" needing to go to the doctors, blah blah blah are after 1 thing; more money.

"having to borrow money in order to buy food/pay bills/etc" - I agree this is annoying and a difficult situation, but again if you're living that close to the breadline that isn't really the insurance companies fault.
I appreciate the gesture however I do not feel this be an adequate amount for the difficulties I have encountered over the last two weeks. Do I have any ground to pursue this complaint further?

No. If you go down the legal route you'll be refunded your losses. The only losses you have that can be valued are the phone calls, and I seriously doubt that will be more than £10.

Assuming you've already accepted the £50, if you change your mind and try to get more this will only make you look like your out to get as much money as you can (which sorry to say seems to be the case).

In summery £50 is perfectly reasonable gesture of goodwill for the company to provide. Companies can't go around handing out £100's of pounds to people just because they start moaning about "stress" over sorting out a fairly basic mistake. Get a grip.

Jeeze - some people just can't be pleased! Give an inch, they take the bloody lot.

What would it take to please some people since £50 cash seems to be a figure to turn your nose up nowadays.

If you are that hard up I suspect this amount would represent a significant portion of your weekly (semi)disposable income, so I would have thought you'd be pretty damn grateful for it. Obviouslyly not though.

It took me all of 30 second's to find a free number for first central. i also love reading these type's of post's its amazing how many people's food cupboards are empty and how all of their bills are due just at that moment and little billy needs new shoes for school. Am not going to post all of it for you..........0800 84---03
