Help identifying this plant?

So it would appear that Trayvon Martin visited the same car boot sale several years ago and took a picture of the exact same plant, only his phone flipped the image and increased the brightness.

Conclusion that is one well travelled plant, but you're not going to get much product out of it if it's that slow growing
