We took out life assurance 15years ago , we are now mortgage free and life assurance has another 10years to run , it costs £33 per month, is it worth keeping on or not

Is it decreasing term assurance - ie the payout declines over time? If so, you should be able to ask them what it would currently payout, then you can decide if you want to keep paying for it (if it's worth it in your view).
None of us can tell you if it's worth keeping as none of us know your circumstances. If one or both of you died, who would get the money and how much would they need it? That's what you need to think about.0 -

We suggests there is more than one of you, what happens if you die tomorrow? Could your partner maintain their current lifestyle having lost your income? Would they need more money to look after kids whilst their at work? Do you care? (meant as an honest question rather than a stab as not everyone does)0
