Can anyone who's requested a copy of this give any idea of how long it took for the email to arrive? I filled the details in over an hour ago but have heard nothing - on the face of it that doesn't sound long, but I'd imagine this is an automated sender that should pretty much despatch straight away.

When I did it the email with the link arrived almost immediately, but there was also a link on the webpage to download the book (i.e. no need to wait for the email).

It came quickly but the first time i asked for it to go to Kindle and nothing arrived, so i asked again as a normal download.
