llloyds credit card not showing on experian? how can i add it... also Barclays bank

hi guys
i really hope you can help. my credit report is a bit of a shambles with no credit history being shows (credit card / loans etc)
the document shows electroal roll, previous searches and linked addresses, however i have had a credit card with lloyds been using for the past 10 years or so which is not showing and also a barclays current account (debit) which is not showing
lloyds should definately be with experian
i think barclays is another provider
how can i get these details to show on my credit reports?
i am confused in the what i i need to do? is there anyone i can write too? is there a template online i can use....
