ESA + PIP questionaires ? How often do they change (eg every few years?)

For the ESA50 Questionnaire, and the PIP questionnaire which they post to you, and you answer questions relating to how your illness affects you in everyday tasks (cooking, cleaning, moving around etc),
Then how often does this department 'renew' this questionnaire so that it is amended from the previous one? (even if the base questions would be similar)
By 2016-2017 next year, how may times would the PIP questionnaire have been amended?
and also the ESA Esa50 amended?
and with the 'newer' versions, are the questions likely to change by much ?

I can't think of a reason why you'd care.
In short - they rarely change the forms other than due to either court decisions clarifying the law is other than they are outlining on forms, or new law changing entitlement conditions.
If you actually mean 'can I pre-prepare my answers' - then yes - the changes will in almost all cases be minor, and even if they are not, most will be re-usable.0
