MP3 Downloads via quicktime

Hi,

I'm trying to grab an MP3 file for my ipod, its one of those MP3 weblinks which opens the file in quicktime (as opposed to opening my itunes and playing the MP3 file through that). I think this means the file is a streaming media file rather than an actual MP3 you can download and save onto itunes?

The file i am trying to download is a DJ club set so i'm not trying to rip any record label off etc (its a recording of a radio show) but i'd like to have a copy on itunes.

Does anyone know if its possible to save these as a file to itunes at all, or once the open and play is there no way to save this?
I never missed a payment :T , I paid off all my credit cards :T , I paid of all my loans :T , i have a work mobile :T - but am now "medium" credit risk
