No, but you are liable for the debt whether they pay you or not.
Not sure what other recent threads but the only way the secondary card holder would be liable to you was if you had a contract drawn up saying all they spent was borrowed. That would be a civil matter between you and still not absolve you from 100% liability to the bank.0 -
