Mortgage paid off , 10years left on life assurance policy. Is it worth keeping paying it or would I be better putting £33 per month to better use

You won't be able to go to FOS until you have exhausted their complaints procedure. So if you have no further evidence to give them, ask for their final decision in writing.0
