Just had someone knock on door, saying that there changing all the meters to smart meters.
I'm with British Gas and he tried to tell me, that they were carrying out work on behalf of them.
Not so, googled it and basically your energy supply would be transferred to them.

Your existing supplier should contact you to arrange a date not just turn up. I suspect you are right and you would have ended up moving supplier.0

You need to contact Utilitia,,write to them and head your letter with the word COMPLAINT. Recount your experience and see what their response is.
