Any idea why this is delayed. Should have been selling from August

No idea, registered anyways, hope they do us proud unlike the rest of them, all similar price structures now!

I called their number today to ask for information. Despite being told I was No1 in queue I didnt get talking to anyone. Waited 40 minutes, with the speaker on, till I had to go and do something useful. Not much customer service

Contacted them during the week using their online web form.

Got a reply saying it will be a few more weeks yet until they release the tariff prices no mention of why it has been delayed!

Open Electric Tariff will be 14.65p

Customers will also receive an equity share of 30% annually on the date they joined.

Website will be live on 19th October 2015

there is click energy also who are the cheapest right now

The 30% profit share looks interesting with Open Electric, but would probably only amount to a few pence per customer. Hard to tell at this stage

Maybe going to switch from Budget to this bunch, anyone switched already ?

Edit: just seen click energy bit cheaper again, anyone with them ?
