Gym loophole, Cashback advice please

im going to sign up to pruhealth for the LA gym offer, and i have noticed u can get £115 cashback if u sign up with either TOPCASHBACK or QUIDCO.
My question is, which company is more reliable, and how long did it take u till u recieved the cashback? what does all this tracking mean?
ive never used a cashback scheme before so im not very sure if its ok?
Also for those who have done the pruhealth gym deal, did u have to sign a contract with LA fitness, im asking because if its a 12 month contract, LA says u have to give them a months notice, AFTER the 12 months? so in theory u would be paying for 13 months, the 13th FULL price, i presume?
do u get the gym for 6 or 12 months? do u have to give LA ur bank details?
ive read some people got the cashback AND £100 JJB vouchers, but i thought the JJB deal is for customers who sign up directly through pruhealth?
sorry for all the questions, any advice appreciated, thanks

I have now had TWO lots of cashback (one validated and one received) for the pruhealth offer through Quidco.
I took out their offer last August when they were doing the six months free membership and got £115 cashback paid in October. I then cancelled my membership from April this year (I had a valid reason for doing so - not just because the offer ended).
When the new offer started, I joined again in July and today my cashback has validated for a second lot of £115 (is has been sitting as tracked up to now) and I am due to receive the money at the end of September.
So yes, if you have joined the scheme before and cancelled, you can get cashback again.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

did u hav to give LA your bank details, cos Pru said u need to give them details when u sign up on the LA website? why would u have to if Pru are taking the money?
did u have to pay anything like for lockers, when u first went in?
Also is your new gym membership 12 months long?
